The woman at the farmstand on 25A was very friendly, told us to drive through the field to get to the pick-your-own section. The other lady took the time to show my 6-yr-old how to pick and told her to eat as many berries as she wanted, LOL. Only a few rows were ready to pick this early in the season, but there were plenty, and they are delicious. We recommend this farm! Note that street address listed is their house address. Farm stand and PYO is on 25A across from CVS."

ANNUAL FALL FAMILY HARVEST FESTIVAL
Sunday, Sept. 30th, is the date for our 6th Annual Harvest Festival 11 AM – 4 PM
On the Grounds of the Seaford Historical Museum
Waverly Ave. between Jackson and Southard Aves.
There will be Pumpkins, Mums, Hay Bales and Cornstalks. Many vendors will provide varied shopping possibilities. Enjoy our food selection of Hot Dogs, Popcorn, Pretzels, Soda, Homemade Baked Goods and Coffee. Dig into a cup of our always-in demand Powell Family Chowder!
The kids can enjoy a large booth of their own with Face Painting, Pumpkin Painting, Games and Arts & Crafts.
A very special show at 12 noon will be presented by “Erik’s Reptile Edventure” featuring an exciting mix of snakes, lizards and many more animals.
Afterward, sit with a cup of coffee and a cupcake or slice of cake and enjoy the sounds of the Seaford High School Jazz Band!

Mile. The two-day Country Music spectacular has become a festival favorite amongst Long
Islanders.
This year’s musical guests are some of the tri-state area’s most prominent and beloved Country
Music acts including Brooklyn’s own Defibulators, Six Gun, Southbound, The Grand Central,
Rattlesnake Dawn, Jillian Rae, Roadhouse, Walking the Line and the “Queen of Long Island
Country”, Mary Lamont.
“We are looking forward to having this year’s event at the picturesque Catalina Seaside Park
venue at Nautical Mile. Country music continues to surge in popularity on Long Island, and we
love bringing together Long Island’s favorite Country Music bands with some southern flavor
and hospitality to the south shore. Great music, great location, delicious Barbecue and lots of
activities for the kids - what more could you ask for?” said event owner Bill Quinones.
In addition to music, the festival will feature food and drinks, a craft show, monster trucks and a
Kids Corral including pony rides, a pumpkin patch and decorating, face painting, air-brush
tattoos, games and more. Admission is $10.00 per person and is free for children ages 10 and
under. The park is located at 11 Richmond Street in Freeport and the festival hours are 10:00 am
– 6:00 pm on both Saturday & Sunday, October 6th and 7th. For more information please visit:
